Lowry will be the toughest get. Philadelphia, Miami and New Orleans are among the expected suitors for Lowry. The Pelicans would have to find a taker for Eric Bledsoe to make such a deal happen.
Thoughts?

Doesn’t matter

We will suck as always. Waste zion and he will sign elsewhere.

Downvote away but it’s true and will happen. This organization blows

Not sure if he fits the timeline of the team, sort of reeks of desperation to me.

I’d love it if they can pull it off without a massive overpay.

He’s the sort of longtime on-court leader that knows how to win on and off the court that Griff wrongfully thought JJ and Adams could be.

Griff rightfully identified that we simply lack guys that provide what Lowry does and he’d be a nice fit. Compliments all of Zion, Ingram, and Lonzo well.

Lowry would come in and have a CP3 type effect on this team.

I would fricking love it for the right price.

Would definitely depend on price.

I don’t see Lowry having anywhere close to a CP3 impact but he could have a good impact. I’d be interested.

Side note we really need an admin on this board.

It’s all about the years for me. I don’t really care what he makes a year, but I wouldn’t commit to him for like 4 years.

I'd take a look at lowry or dinwiddie.

Pels need to find some under the radar guys to take a chance on.

I love this idea and everyone should do. This guy is the exact type of player we need to mold the way our young stars play. Lowry is renowned for his tenacious style of play and he’s a fantastic distributor and 40% 3 shooter . He’d immediately be the team leader we haven’t had on and off the court since Jru. Zion needs to be allowed to grow into his full potential without all the pressure on him to lead. We’d give up some draft assets but nothing close to all we have in our warchest and we would get the last 2 good seasons out of Lowry’s legs. I’ll take that trade all day.

Yea because a 35 year old pg is exactly what we need. Y’all have short term memories with what just happened to jj last year. Rather go after Dinwiddle or Sexton

I just looked and I honestly had no idea he was 35. I really thought he was about 31-32 at the most.

He's had a weird career. His first 5 years in the league he wasn't even a starter. Then all of a sudden about 3-4 years later he developed into one of the top pgs in the league.
