Have you watched the video? Cop hit her from behind as she was running away and knocked her down. When she was sitting on the ground he bent down and hit her again in the face. He lost his cool and used excessive force.

I thought they were already using street ministers to control the violence? Cops aren't needed anymore.

While I am not saying what you described is ok at all... I am willing to bet she was engaged in some provocative actions leading up to that event...

So you're just assuming or is there some proof of this? She had a camera and was taking pictures is what she says. And I'm fine with the cop pushing her away, its when she goes down and is just sitting on the ground, not trying to get up, and he goes in for another hit to the head that is the problem.
