I had a gutter guy fall off the ladder on my concrete patio. He fractured his arm. His partner told him to go sit in the truck while he finishes the job. I told them both the GTFO and go to the hospital.

Years ago I was dating a girl (sorry, no pics) whose dad was very possessive about the recliner in his living room. He got extremely agitated if he ever saw anyone else sitting in his easy chair.
One day he was up in the attic, and his wife was cooking something in the kitchen. She heard a tremendous crash and sheetrock dust and insulation came floating around the corner at the same time. She ran into the living room and there was her husband sitting among a debris pile covered in dust and insulation in his favorite chair. If memory serves me correctly, there was even a football game on the tv and a beer on the end table next to him.

Its happened at my house. They fixed it and I couldnt even tell it was ever damaged.

When I first got out of school I worked for a cable company for a couple years. Stepping through the ceilings was a regular thing.
Funniest thing I saw when we were in an attic running cable and coworker needed to pee. He pissed in the drain pan of the Hot water heater. The company would not allow us to use customers restroom.
