It’s just not necessary as a thread. If liberal stores aren’t requiring it then most others won’t either.
Go out in the world, see if others are wearing it and dont put it on

Sure. I own Target so I wanted some free advertising. We need it.

Trader Joe's, Walmart and Costco have ended their mask mandates in cities/areas that don't have a mandate in place.

Interesting...any word on the Baton Rouge location? They have been psycho with their enforcement.

It's been a long time since I've been to a Traders but it will be years if I ever do again after their strictness out west this past year. Making customers wait in cold lines and seeing constant videos of employees harassing customers...nah.

Was it you the other day that was thinking you needed it at Robért? You don’t, FYI. I shop there every day and no mask.

You must be loaded. The prices are outrageous.

But dam do you pay for a low crowds, short lines and excellent service. It’s my go to if I need to get something quick.

Any restaurant requiring this still is absolutely ridiculous. I don't plan on wearing a mask anywhere unless approached.

What city are you in where businesses are still requiring you to wear a mask?

Only place I went to this weekend that still required it was Whole Foods, not surprisingly.

I'm in Baton Rouge, and so far each place I've gone to has dropped it.

You're probably better off making a list of the stores that ARE requiring a mask still. I don't even know who'd make that list?

Yes! This is the reason it’s my store. Worth it 100%.

We don’t have kids and we don’t snack or eat breakfast, so the prices don’t affect us as much.

Sale items are usually cheaper than Walmart. Especially from the butcher/meat section. Side note: Their in house smoked Cajun turkey from the deli is amazing.

I went in yesterday and was a little confused about the mask policy. I didn't see a sign, but the employees were wearing them and everyone else was, so I kept mine on. Glad to know it's not necessary.

Yeah, you’re all good
The employees are still wearing them in a lot of places for some reason (I guess until the customers start to majority not wear them?), but all good.

Agree on the Cajun Turkey. I love that stores now put their deli meat into baggies and place them in a cooler where you can just grab it instead of calling over the person to cut it for you.

Their meat pies with the dipping sauce are also top notch. And their guacamole. And their smoked salmon dip. I love Robért.

So why would we need a list?

If you dont like a thread, dont click on it. It's a fairly simple process.

I live in Lafayette, and this weekend I went to Grocery Tavern (bar), Vestal (restaurant), Raks BBQ Supply, Fresh Pickin's, Fresh Market, and Best Buy. Best Buy was the only place where it was required (you could enter the store without one, but they requested that you wear a mask to speak to employees and check out).
