That is incorrect.
The man who was in the middle of the altercation is the reason she is dead. He is now mad at the police for something that is his fault. He could have tried to calm the situation down, but instead he was participating. I wish he had a knife instead of her. She may have had a chance at a decent life but he is trash to the core.
Still watching the video. Another man comes from the house across the street and is mad at the cops and says he saw the whole thing. It is these men who are the problem in the black community. They don't do anything to de-escalate the situation and then come out and start sky screaming because everyone is against them.

Based on the videos available, I really don’t get how anyone can find fault with what the cop did. If he didn’t act swiftly, someone who was unarmed would have gotten seriously hurt.

So tired of reading about tasers. Either cops need just tasers or take them away.
or better yet that community doesnt want to be policed, just create no go zones and let that part of town rot.

damn - that is the first time I have seen the entire video of the even. That knife was closing in on the girl's throat when the first shot hit. tiny fraction of a second was all that saved the girl in pink.

Exactamundo - we should brand those locations as "no-go" zones - if you choose to go in there you are on your own until you come out. If you get killed in there, you will rot or be rat food unless someone drags your corpse outside the barrier.
