Spyderco sharpmaker for all my knives edc/skinners/kitchen.
Also have a worksharp for pesky blades or knives of friends that are so dull they would take forever on the spyderco.
Sharpening is therapeutic for me and I hit my knives very often so it only takes a couple passes to put them back to shaving sharp.

Only thing I would add to that is a strop and some compound.

Been using the sharpmaker and the Ken Onion worksharp for a few years.

Diamond stone attached to a wooden block stays in a kitchen drawer and gets used for edc and filet knives regularly.

I just sharpen whichever of my dozen case trappers is in my pocket on a ceramic rod when it gets dull.

Also, the term EDC needs to die.

I clicked this thread to find out WTF an EDC was. I keep a stone on the table by my living room chair, and use it to touch up my pocket knife. I have a diamond infused chefs steal in the kitchen for my kitchen knifes. I am no pro but a few strokes on each side for the kitchen knives keeps em chopping. On big jobs I hit em a few licks every 5 minutes or so to keep[ em going.

I like the little clamps and knife set on the lansky knife sharpening kit. It's like 5 wet stones and then I bought the additional diamond wet stone and the little table c clamp to have the knife secured in place. Takes time but for shorter knifes this is my favorite.

I bought like 6 of them on Amazon when they went on sale for$25 fora few years ago and been giving them away as presents this last Christmas have the last one away.

I'm a big fan of the Warthog V-Sharp.

I also have a Ken Onion Worksharp but I suck at using it unless rounding the tip is the goal

I use the Wicked edge Go or mobile. ( can’t remember the model name )

Its basically their cheapest option but it works really well.
