I worked in the Coastal Studies Department. It was awesome until they switched buildings across campus, and I had to carry boxes and boxes of sediments.

Desk attendant jobs are awesome if you can get one. You get paid to sit there and do your homework/scroll through social media

Not on campus but the best job as a student is working at one of the bars

ETA: got to pull right up to my class buildings in the farm trucks with LSU Ag sticker on the side.

Worked at the Ticket Office back in the day. Loved every minute of it. It was challenging and we had to work most gamedays's, but it had its perks. Not sure how they do things now that they are partnered with Ticketmaster. During the summer months we worked up to 40 hours and it was easy work.

Hahaha! We didn't have social media back in my day! Office Assistant in West Laville. Still had fun. The coldest Cokes on campus!

Tiger Athletic Foundation or PMAC. Got priority scheduling with the athletes plus got to work some big donor events. Great on campus job.

I used to deliver those tv/vcr carts around campus. Got a lot of homework done during that job. Also a surprising amount of free food at conferences in the union.

I had a student job assisting campus police with locating illegally parked vehicles. Campus was safer because of me.
