I personally don't care one way or the other if people display the CSA flag but in today's political environment you have to understand and accept you will be a prime target for the cancel culture.

Because there's so many of them. The Capitol has Cell Phone hubs as part of its system, for security reasons, and every person's phone ping'ed those hubs and got recorded. They just have an overwhelming amount of people to pick up.

He's planning his attack to take out the horrible domestic terrorist before he can commit any other acts of violence like walking with a flag in a public building. I'm sure the cop acted with haste right after the picture was taken and is in no way part of the charade.

The identities will apparently be matched with video. I can't imagine everybody would be charged, or charged with the same things... but I suspect they will bring them all in for a chat.
Would you oppose them arresting everybody who enters a building someone smashes the doors open into with BLM during a protest?
This is a glimpse of what will happen at any protests in the future, anywhere. They will use this event as an excuse to interpret something nobody paid much attention to in The Patriot Act to use cell phone location to haul anybody who attends in for questioning... IF they bring a cell phone.
I've seen statements from people who attended the rally, walked towards the Capitol but then got the hell out of there when they saw what was going on. So I have no problem with everybody who entered or was outside when the squirmishes with the cops was going on being picked up. Your attendence conveys consent. If yu walk into a store with someone who robs it, and you just stand there, an "I didn't do anything" plea is not going to cut it.

Delaware south of the Wilmington metro area is redneck as hell. Eastern Shore of Maryland is the same. On the way to Ocean City/Rehoboth Beach you'll see confederate flags everywhere if you drive off the main highway. This is Christine O'Donnell country.
