Going back to the age of 16 when I first started going to live shows there has never been a year where I did not go to at least one concert. Until 2020, that is. I've been listening to some live music on the Youtubes and that little nugget came into my skull. I would imagine some of you on this board are similarly pissed off about the live music situation. It's particularly galling to me considering I moved to the concert rich NY metro area right before this pandemic bullshite started and was salivating at the opportunity to see a ton of bands at some iconic venues.

Same here. Last show I went to was in Nov 2019. I had been averaging 15-20 shows a year before that.

The wife and I saw Phil Collins at Madison Square Garden in October of 2019. I had a couple of shows paid for and at least ten in my sights through June of 2020. Of course, they all got shite-canned.

I made it to one early in the year. Was supposed to see Charlie Daniels in March, hate I won't have the chance to see him again. Was also going to see Mark Chestnut, I think they have it rescheduled for later this year.

Luckily I made it to Tool in February, before the shitshow started.

I had tickets to see Body Count in March that got canceled when NYC got locked down two days before the show.

I went to a few before the lock down. The last one on late February was Chastity Belt, terrible name but good band.

Got comp tickets to Dennis DeYoung in late February, was surprisingly entertaining.

Was talking to one of my coworkers just last night about an idea he had for a festival “once things get back to normal”. Was thinking about getting my band involved.

I saw Zero several times in the late 80s in and around Boston/Hartford area. Cipollina was pretty good...
