Bought the RUSH Caress of Steel 8 track in the early 70's and can't remember why but do remember that we where LS and Black Sabbath heads at that time. I knew that they where different and it has been a long journey since then. My friends also were into it. I was also a huge YES fan so I dig this Prog along with Heavy metal. Yes it not for everyone but I will be in Fort Worth to see them. There music brings back great memories back in the 70's! Yes won't be the same without Neal but his music lives on and I will be there to celebrate it!!!

Growing up in NO during the 70's the French Quarter was great fun. Went down there all the times and would tell people " Hey just stay in the FQ and don't wonder out and you will be fine!" Those days are long gone. I left years ago but visit often for family and friends. None of them go to the FQ unless the uber to an eatery and leave once done. They don't stroll the FQ like we use to.

NO greatest asset is the FQ and should be a safe zone where people feel safe to visit. Yet the morons who have destroyed the city ignore it. They have some great places to eat but I can't believe how they survive with this crime issue that has taken over the FQ.

If it is losing money this badly at this point I'm not sure what change can be made to safe it. If the product was that great people would find it on what ever format it was on.

Going to New Orleans to play on a third rate golf course is not a good look. I grew up in NO playing the City Park courses for years. I live out of town now and when visiting family I have passed by the course and it not very impressive. I have really have no desire to play it from what I have seen.

I have no beef with the players who went to LIV for the money I would probably would have done the same. It was an insane amount of money. So does LIV do the same now and go after more players? Well it's clear that did not work. Of all the players that left Bryson is really the only player I like to watch play. I really could careless if I never seen the rest play. That is the main issue they are having in the US.

I had a putter with variable weight combinations and was constantly changing out the weight combinations. Got rid of it! To me it messed up my putting. Was thinking to much about the weight option and not the stroke.

Played a little tennis in high school but been a golfer most of my life. Retired and started pickleball. Play three days a week. The best players are mostly all x tennis players. Took about 6 months to be decent but after 2 1/2 years can hang with the better players. I'm 68 and can still get around pretty good for my age. We have guys in there mid 80's still playing. They can't move around much but can still play pretty good. Also many women that can flat out play most being tennis player. The Asian's are all really good.

I grew up playing all those old courses and it was fun. Started playing on the 9 hole junior course there. It was fun to have a course where the kids could knock it around. I then graduated up to the other courses. The four 18 hole courses had something for everyone. Joined the St John's golf club which was one of the oldest clubs around. Spent many summer days there taking the bus from Metairie for a whole day of golf. Also fished out there and fished the City Park fishing rodeo every year with my dad. When I'm in town to visit family I take a ride out to the park to drive around. So sad to see what was once a great facility so run down and in poor shape. Never played the new course but from the street it looks pretty unappealing. I can't believe the LIV golf is going there but if they dump a ton of money into it that would be great!
