We have 327 acres of land out in the country (north La ), my mom's old home.

My grandparents passed years ago and split right at 1,000 acres three ways between their daughters.

It has timber on it but I had no idea it was worth much until a neighboring property of 200 acres just sold for around 2 million.

We would prefer not to sale it but I'm not as nostalgic to it as my mom is and neither is my sister

$10K/acre out in the country in North LA? You sure about the amount of acreage of the property sold?

1952 Martin D-18 purchased from the original owner.

If only it was a "pre-war" Martin ....those are worth some very serious money.

90 acres of land. I has a 14 acre lake and probably worth about 450K. It’s all paid for as well.
