Just wondering if she purchased the two properties for investments of some sort. Maybe some loose relationship that put the two in touch with each other for a business transaction, but nothing showing a close personal relationship.
She bought the initial house a year ago for cash and he contacted her saying he had another house if she was interested.
Why would she say she didn’t know anything about the most recent and not just disclose I bought real estate from the dude

Eh, maybe the FBI is asking her not to talk, or her lawyer is saying direct everything through the FBI.
Seems if there was some close relationship of collusion she wouldn't be talking to the press at this point.

To my understanding, a Quit Claim doesn't require money to be exchanged. It does normally require two signatures though

She grew up in Lenoir City, TN just like the bomber even though he was living in Antioch now.
I bet once his siblings are interviewed we'll figure out the connection.

Makes some sense.
I could see her as buying some of these properties as investments and having that association. Then not wanting to get involved with talking to the press about that type of personal shite.
