Someone posted a link with Stephanie Swing/Ogburn. She has been battling I believe a terminal illness and probably doesn't need her name plastered on a board associated with this. I don't know her, I barely know her husband. What I know of her situation they don't need unwanted drama.

I'm guessing a Sugar Daddy / Seekingarrangements type of relationship existed.
They would have established if they were relatives or co-workers by now. And attractive 20-something girls are not going to socially intertwine with 60-something disgruntled, suicidal IT workers unless there's something sketchy going on.

Just wondering if she purchased the two properties for investments of some sort. Maybe some loose relationship that put the two in touch with each other for a business transaction, but nothing showing a close personal relationship.
She bought the initial house a year ago for cash and he contacted her saying he had another house if she was interested.
