I think I might fry one turkey and smoke one. Other than that the plans will go as if it was any other year.

Not sure yet if we are going to gather with my old unhealthy parents because one of my kids best friend who is always around tested positive.

I don't need the government to make that decision for us though. Fck them.

But seriously, how the f*** do they expect us not to gather when the following was publicly exposed:

1. Nancy Pelosi plans a Thanksgiving dinner for something like 50+ new congress
2. Gavin Newsom goes to an indoor dinner party
3. Lori Lightfoot is at a Biden Rally, very close to others, no mask
4. Fredo Cuomo actually HAD COVID and was driving around looking at his new house in the Hamptons.

Rules don't apply to hypocritical Liberals.

To answer your question, having a family Thanksgiving gathering like always. 20-30 people or so. Nothing different from any other year. The government can kiss my mother fricking arse if they think they can tell me what I can or can't do with family during Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving Plans?

Getting on an airplane with my wife and two children and headed to Play del Carmen, where we will be surrounded by complete strangers all trying our best to enjoy life without restriction.

Hosting Thanksgiving for the first time. Gonna have about 12 or so people over, get hammered drunk, and feast. I can't wait.

Going to Thanksgiving dinner at my in laws. Half the family is in the desert off-roading, while the other half is coming including my wife's 98 year old great grandma. Covid isn't going to stop her from seeing family and her great great grandkids.

Dinner with immediate and extended family around 12 people total. The off bright and early Friday morning for 3 days of dirt bike riding and camping. Will probably shoot and burn some stuff while we're at it.

We're going on Wednesday to my side of the family -- we'll be a total of 8 different "households". My brother is a pharmacist and would "prefer" if we (or at least my parents) eat outside and "distance" but I'm cool with that.

Our daughter has had covid recently and can sit with my parents so they're not "alone" ... if bad weather happens, we'll figure something out inside.

NOT getting together is NOT an option.
