Not so much insomnia, just wasn’t getting quality sleep, went to doctor because I just wasn’t feeling right and found out my blood pressure was high, doc put me on lunesta and it got me BP back to normal and feeling normal

I took lunesta for 2 weeks, no caffeine, no alcohol; best sleep I have ever had.
Didn’t need it after 2 weeks, kinda reset my sleeping habits, maybe

In BSL these bikes just add another layer of terrible drivers (adults and kids) to the already crappy, narrow streets.
