What are some of your go-to brands? I have a Klein Tools one but it’s garbage. I want one that’s more high end. TIA

Zero Tolerance

I'll edit this.

I normally care 4 knives (not all at once) every week.
1 is a benchmade, 1 is a Spiderco, 1 is Zero Tolerance, and the other is a Microtech LUDT.

Don't really have a favorite out of those.

Kershaw Leek. It’s not high end, but they are solid knives for the price.

I have a CRKT that I like. It isn’t spring loaded, if you’re looking for that.

Benchmade Griptilian Mel Pardue custom is my daily carry.

But I recently bought an Ontario Rat II for a back up and have been highly impressed.

Id do benchmade out of those two.

I have 2 spyderco knives with broken clips. The clips suck. Only knives I have with broken ones.

I carry a freaking machete CRKT. Not because I want to, because my wife had it engraved and then complained when I didnt carry it. Its like a 10lb weight in my pocket. But it does work.

The wife carries a kershaw leak. Assisted opening works well for her and its not to expensive if she loses it.

A zero tolerance carbon fiber would be pretty nice.

Ontario, Kershaw, benchmade, or Spyderco. Can’t go wrong.

I'm a fan of the "Old Timer" pocket knives. I've carried one around for many years and they have come in handy when needed to have one right in the front pocket.

They are not fancy, but do hold a good edge once sharpened.

I've had several CRKT knives that I really like. Some assisted opening, some not. None have disappointed.

I’m a Spyderco man myself but I avoid the ones with a wire clip.

I carry them in my right side back pocket and the wire clips can’t take it.

Spyderco, I have a Dragonfly Salt and it is the best pocket knife I’ve ever owned.

I have an Ontario RAT made out of D2 that I like quite a bit. I used to carry a Spyderco but I lost it...and I'm not trying to do that again.

I've got one that is about 40 years old and a fine knife. For the last few years I've been carrying a Case 3 blade stockman in Damascus.

Both are high quality knives that won't break the bank.

Kershaw Ken Onion. Perfect size for pocket carry, durable as hell, holds an edge.

Benchmade Osborne 940-1 is my EDC knife. They run about $250 but it’s worth it to me. It’s carbon fiber so you barely even notice it. I caught a flight a couple months ago and put it in my checked luggage and apparently it fell through the hole in my suitcase, and I liked it so much I went bought another one. That hurt though. Some baggage guy got a nice present.
