I don't think they're very popular these days, but I was gifted a Cold Steel American Lawman knife a few years ago. It has been my EDC for a long time now. Tough as nails. Ive never had a single issue and it has cut everything I've ever needed it to. It may be a little big for some, but I prefer a larger knife.

I think you can get one for a little under $100 on Amazon.

Ontario Rat II

I’ve got a lot of knives, and this is the one I keep coming back to. I bought it after seeing it recommended on this board a few years ago.

It’s an absolute steal

I carry a multi tool with a clip to hook on my pocket. Much more useful than a knife (unless you are only carrying it for protection).

I guess I’m old. I love my Case single blade and I also have a small Old Timer I use for skinning squirrel

My two carry knives are the Kershaw Launch Six, and the CRKT M21-14SFG. Both are great knives, and relatively inexpensive...the Kershaw is around $100, and the CRKT knife is around $70.

I prefer carrying a big blade. The Kershaw is 3.75" blade and the CRKT is 3.875".

The Kershaw is an automatic knife, and the CRKT knife is a flipper.

Both hold a great edge, and open very fast.

That is a great looking knife. Might put that on my Christmas list.

used to carry a folding utility knife with replaceable blades.

One is for Xmas gift to 20 yr old and other is for me.
Substantial an impressive.
