We have no clue what to expect, but at this point we're hoping for trade magic because most of the good wings have already signed elsewhere.

At this point it looks like we’re going into the season with a 9 man roster, we might square things away by the trade deadline, but we won’t want to chance Jrue getting injured and foiling out future “trade”.

There are very few guys left that would even be classified as semi impactful.
Baynes could be described as such and brings a very different skill set than Adams. But that’s a lot invested in Center. I guess it would make sense if you’re moving Melli and Ball in another deal but I don’t think we are.

Why is everyone obsessed with a wing. Ingram is the starter. Or are we talking more SG? Because everyone being brought up is a SF. We were NEVER investing heavily into another wing.

Because we desperately need a bigger wing that can guard big SFs like Lebron and BI cannot do that.
It was a very apparent need last year and this year it will be harder without Jrue.

Because this league is built around offensively skilled players that are 6'5-6'9. That's a big part of why Ingram's about to get the max. Right now Hart and Lonzo are the only players we have with a shot at slowing them down. At the very least we need to bring back Kenrich to give us another wing defender to use against them.

There’s 11 people on the team right now, not including any minimum guys or Cheatham.
Don’t act like we have 9 guys b/c the trade isn’t complete.
We still have the MLE left, minimums, and who knows, maybe Didi is coming over.
