“The cases of Covid are popping up” - Fox Anchor just now to Trump campaign spokesman

Wish he would have just said, “who cares it doesn’t matter because there is a 99.5% survival rate aggregate amongst all age groups.”
That the answer to Covid Covid Covid
Freaking fear mongering pieces of shite

The numbers they used in that segment means 0.5 % are positive in Wisconsin

Bret Baier’s leadoff yesterday...
“Over 800 people are dying of COVID every day in the United States...”

At 2.8 million deaths annually, over 7,600 die each day. 800 is less than 10%.
Given that the overwhelming majority of deaths are in individuals greater than 60yrs of age and with multiple comorbidities, it will be interesting to see if there is any excess death due to COVID19 by the end of 2021.

I notice that Fox News is plopping up numbers totally out of context. 800 per day is still trending in the right direction from where we were. But Brett will not provide that context by showing previous numbers or charts of the decline. We all know what they are trying to achieve. They are trying to achieve an emotional response so you vote for Biden.
If their goal is achieved then after November 3rd they will start to provide context then the virus will magically go away.

Like your point, but gotta question your math.

There are no excess deaths due to covid this year. We are on track to meet our average annual number of deaths with or without covid.
The thing is the people dying of covid would have more than likely died this year from another cause. They are is such bad shape with comorbidities they just needed a little virus, bacterial, injury etc. stress to tip them over the edge.

Don't disturb their narrative groove, baw.
We just learned yesterday that 50k of #MuhTwoHundredThousandDead were heart attacks labeled COVID fatalities.
People need to wake up the fact that while the virus is a real thing, the COVID panic is little more than an elaborate, flailing hoax to impact this election.

Sandra Smith is turning into an embarrassment for LSU

TOTAL U.S. DEATHS [ALL CAUSES]:
2017 Total Deaths US: 2,813,503 (234,000/month)

2018 Total Deaths US: 2,839,205 (237,000/month)

2019 Total Deaths US: 2,855,000 (238,000/month)
https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/provisional-tables.htm
2020 Total Deaths US (jan - week 9/26): 2,130,000 (236,000/month)

2,130,000 + (236,000/month x 3) [Oct, Nov, Dec] = 2,838,000 [assumption based on monthly avg]
2020: 2,838,000 [3-month assumption insert]
2019: 2,855,000
2018: 2,839,000
2017: 2,814,000
Why did select [D] govs push C19 infected patients into nursing homes?
% of total C19 deaths attributed to nursing home(s)?
Who is most susceptible?
Same [D] govs who pushed C19 infected patients into nursing homes attempting to keep State(s) closed?
Why?

This is good news. I don’t want to be wearing a mask during lockdowns in 2027
Posted on 10/30/20 at 8:44 am to Covingtontiger77
I saw that. Sandra Smith has become very CNNish the last 2-3 weeks.

I really hope that the recent upticks in covid are not going to quell the enthusiasm for trump.
The dems have been pushing this covid strategy and people are starting to get nervous. I see it personally. Schools are becoming vigilant. Kids are getting sick. Parents are getting sick.
It’s not because of trump folks! Every person needs to take care of their own situation
We can’t rely on the government to take care of us

quote:It won't. Trumpers realize that a couple of days of a cough, a snotty nose and a 100 degree temp is not going to kill them. That's why we are seeing a spike in numbers. Those people I mentioned aren't putting themselves in self-imposed prison for ten days. Yeah, they might give it to someone else in the process but it's not going to kill you. They are going back to their normal life. As long as the survival rate is 95.5% can you really blame them? I can't and I'm 68 with a couple of underlying symptoms. I now pick and choose my activities away from the house but I sure as hell don't fault anyone who decides to live a normal life. Herd mentality is just what this country needs in lieu of a vaccine.
I really hope that the recent upticks in covid are not going to quell the enthusiasm for trump.

Imagine if the media had a running total of everyone that died of heart disease every year, and auto accidents? What if there was a webpage that had all the Top 10 causes of death with running totals...would that make Covid look scarier or less scary? Would we suddenly take the others more seriously?
Posted on 10/30/20 at 9:43 am to Covingtontiger77
That should be an effective response...however with the MSM throwing gas on the fire...it ain't. Muh 'Trump is heartless'.
