Idk if it’d be considered the technical greatest (though it’s up there) but Griffin/Bonnar for me will always be the best and is the reason I still watch UFC.

It’s like the memes - TUF had my curiosity. That fight got my attention.

Well it saved the UFC...along with Ultimate Fighter.

Nothing like a nice reality show and a great fight to save a fledgling business.

No wonder Dana White gave a contract to the loser, he needed all the help he could get.

Prior to ufc 200, which is when I started following it, July 2016, I rented a ufc Ppv with him in it. Dude was a beast. I remember the weight classes being wide open and going back and looking at fight pass it’s amazing how far the ufc has come

Not UFC but go look up some of the Chandler/Alvarez fights from Bellator. Those two had some brawls.

go buy the best of UFC DVD.

has all the great fights from the pioneers from the beginning. old UFC was great no weight classes and only TWO rules! no biting or eye gouging. everything else was on the table. dont say fat guys cannot fight. tank abbot and scott ferrozo destroy that urban myth. bad arse. ken shamrock and dan severn were great. royce gracie. so many pioneers. randy couture was great.

The one where Rhonda got her arse beat and it knocked her into the WWE.

At least that is the most culturally relevant fight.

Gaethje has had some great fights in his short ufc career. Him and Alvarez and him and Poirier and also the Michael Johnson fights were all great fights.

She wasn’t a fraud she fell victim to her hype. She was in a shite camp and never tried to improve her striking.

Poirier/Hooker back in June was one of the best I’ve ever seen live.

I don't think it was all that great of a fight b/c it was one sided. But it was def. a changing of the guard. Hughes was my favorite and he punished Gracie.

Agree 100% ...Hell, Nate Diaz gave a callout to Hooker for being a hell of a fighter.
