The fact that Latoya hasn’t scheduled a PC yet an hour before him gives me grave doubts that he is doing anything but extend.
Every time he has loosened restrictions Latoya has scheduled a presser an hour before to say NOLa wasn’t doing shite.

The saints game approval from the state leads me to believe phase 3 by end of month. Possibly now. Seems a desire for commerce is there.

Nola almost certainly adds 2 weeks allowing a review before the saints game but not holding my breathe on the game having fans.

I think the question is, if we are "going to Phase 3"...
"What does JBE consider Phase 3?"
Because he keeps referring to the current landscape as Phase 2...when its not, its more like 1.5.
Because he can just call it "Phase 3" for PR purposes when its nothing more than some modified version of Phase 2.

The crime in BR alone is already gonna set records even with these so called restrictions. Go to phase three and all hell will break loose...... he’ll he could even try to make a stay at home order at this point and nobody will listen.... I say we let like 50,000 fans in TS for the first game and just see what happens... somebody has to set a tone to see if the rest of the country will follow.....
