I’m glad you asked the question. I’ve been trying to figure this one out all day

I'm going to get my 5 year old daughter to sit on my back. Last I knew, she weighed around 45lbs.

I put a thicker resistance band halfway through a weight and then put the band on like a backpack. Just be careful taking it off after sets :)

Hahahaha. I've already iced down both knees and one elbow tonight. Damn I'm getting old.

Lsu77 I’m adding to the list of things I learned this month: slow strict pull-ups after deadlifting were surprisingly the hardest part of this workout.

The cardio gave me a pump in a part of my bicep that doesn’t often get pumped that way. I backed off the weight and went slow and squeezed at the top all the way through of the 21s and it was awesome.

Been pretty down because I have fallen a few days behind. I had been looking forward to squatober all year. I felt like I didn't know how to jump back in and it was going to pass me by.

Decided to just start where I was and go in order even if I am a few days behind everyone else. I just did the stairs tonight. I'll run it into the first few days of November.

Hurt the outside of my damn foot yesterday with improper form on squat. I can push through but it hurts like a bitch this morning.

Front squats absolutely murdered me. I had to lighten the load as I was near hurting myself on the last set. Form was terrible. It all went downhill from there

Worst workout of the month so far. I had 5 hrs of sleep last night so I’m guessing that was the culprit. It was rough. My poor performance was more on me and my mood than the workout itself.

Get after it baw. I’m still behind. It’s kind of nice to have this thread to get info from others about what’s coming up.

I just started Monday and started on the current day. So I missed a whole week.

Finished Day 12 in about 54 minutes. Have to go into the office today so woke up earlier to get it done. I also supersetted front squats and overhead press to help save a little time.

Those front squats were rough this morning!

I have no clue what 50 yards is in the gym. I just walk around zig zagging around machines for a while

I walked down my driveway and used my golf range finder to shoot my fence to get the distance.

I think today was my favorite workout so far. Enjoyed it from start to finish.

I’m biased though because I’m exceptionally good at front squats.

I work out in a basement gym so the longest straight stretch is 6 yards. I call it 5 given all the turns you have to do with swinging dbs and so I either walk it 8 or 10x. It’s miserable I wish I could just walk them to a cone or an obvious finish line

It would be pretty baller if you just climbed the stairs with them.
