lulz. NEB will shut up and stop practicing.

They don’t fit in that conference. Probably don’t fit in the SEC but they would be stupid not to join. Add UT and then you reignite a lot of old rivalries from the old Southwest Conference.

If the big 10 kicks them out, why would Nebraska be penalized?

Don't think we are going to see Iowa rock the boat. Ferentz said he thought all 5 conference should be canceling. Looks like its nebraska versus the world right now

Iowa is a land of cucks like we southeasterners can't even really begin to understand. It's been invaded by limp dick northeastern choads and the unfortunately tattoo'd Midwestern gals who got molested by their Bernie Bro Uncles who blame inequity on superfluous nonsense

Yep. The fact they took the deal to get jack shite in revenue from the Big 10 for the first 6 years says all you need to know. They are finally a "full" member now (which is another dumbass discussion for some other time) so now that the network money and full payouts are rolling in they're stuck to it.

And the end of CFB.

Nobody wants CFB to turn into Nascar...and die a regional death.

I agree that NEB doesn’t necessarily fit in B1G, but they chose their destination. They made their bed.

college football needs Nebraska-OU. Playing that game around thanksgiving would warm hearts all around the globe.

Welcome back, Huskers.

Why not they could still play. Just like the other SEC ACC games. Only thing is the ACC made it basically where a school couldn't afford the buyout.

Nebraska back to Big 12 and Missouri to Big 12 or Big 10.

They would get more talent if they joined the SEC.

I posted this yesterday. Nebraska is good for CFB when they are good. Would love to see them become elite again.

No doubt, 100% LSU fan but if someone asked me what’s another team I’d root for or a second favorite team, it’d be Nebraska

Big 12 should invite Nebraska and Iowa and really break it off into the Big 10...

but Nebraska could easily argue that the contract has been broken by the league not allowing them the ability to play football and earn that money.

that's going to be a big thing

especially if the decision was made in bad faith

Big 12 should really be trying to break away the PAC 12. Let West Virginia go.

Depends on how written out the contract is for a situation like this, but Nebraska could easily argue that the contract has been broken by the league not allowing them the ability to play football and earn that money.

and that's when "canceling" vs "postponing" comes into play. Even though we all know there won't be spring football

et's say Nebraska does leave and play in another conference. Who in their fricking right mind would leave their conference to join the Big Ten at that point? The Big Ten, for all intents and purposes, would be a dead league for the next 5-10 years. The Big Ten would have to add UConn or some shite.

Only thing I could think of is Maryland and West Virginia joining the BIG10 which makes better sense than them staying in the 12

A good start at breaking the PAC 12 up would be the Big 12 inviting Arizona and Arizona State to join...
