Four Roses Yellow Label is hard to beat among the lower priced bourbons.

I’ll probably regret admitting this but my choice is Early Times. Many years ago I had a coworker whose wife (now ex-wife) worked for the company that made Early Times. He invited me to a blind taste test of 4 whiskeys. I remember I could taste a sight difference among them but really couldn’t say I liked one better than any of the others. One of those was Early Times. I don’t remember the others but they were all whiskeys I had heard of. To me it isn’t worth paying more for a higher rated whiskey if I can’t say tastes better. Especially, if you mix it with a soft drink of some kind.

These are two mighty-fine bourbons and they actually place top three in a lot of blind tastings.

I know know.
But I like it.
Go through a bottle a week.
Same here. Its almost too easy to drink and has never given me a hangover like makers.

Elijah Craig Small Batch is better than anything else at its price point.

If you watch the walmart clearance that occasionally sell it for 18 a bottle.
When they do, I buy all of it.

Not worth it. I'll happily pay $35ish at Rouses.

Only time I go into a walmart is to make them lose money
