The first argument is in line with jurisprudence. The second is an assertion that he is an opinion journalist.

That's what opinion segments are. That's what Hannity is. That's what Maddow is. That's what Cooper, Wolf, and Lemon are. That's not a secret. Tucker just usually has more facts than the rest. If you want news "delivery" you have to watch between the hours of 1am to 4am.
