Grab one ball, rotate 180 degrees one way. If it hurts more go 360 degrees the other. If it still hurts, return to normal and do the other side.

Had this when I was little; I didn't get to the hospital in time, and I lost one. I cannot have children. Go to the ER NOW!

Long, cool baths are good for that. It was the only thing that ever made me go home sick from work.
