Actually what I had was varicocele. Testicular torsion is worse.

Had a guy we went to high school that had it happen to him. He ended up with the nickname "Twisted" and as far as I know, it stuck.

Happened to me after I got kicked in a fight...almost lost my right nut... go to the ER

Happened to me twice in my 40’s,my right one.Usually happens to teenagers.Anyway I was able to rotate it back counterclockwise,excruciatingly painful.Almost waited too long 2’nd time-I was sore for a couple of days.

Had a friend who told a hysterically funny story about it happening to him. He was early 40s, so he was done having kids. He woke up in extreme pain and couldn't figure out why his wife was so pissed at him that she punched him in his balls while he slept.
