Izzy from Miami Vice.
i didn't actually watch Miami Vice when it first came out cause i was too young to remember it but my folks were huge fans and would watch every week on Friday.
I caught on a few years later when they aired reruns on USA.
Izzy was a weasel.
couldn't stand the guy

Funny, that Dave (who lost to Jesse) went on to have a pretty decent cable TV hosting career.
And LOL at the Jessie Spano caffeine pills

I'm still pissed he was given the villain role instead of dying in the desert in Scooby Doo.

As told by ginger used to make me uncomfortable as a kid because ginger actually dealt with actual problems and I wasn’t used to that in a kids show. Looking back though that’s what made it so good (obviously).

Billy Mumy. Played on the old TV show "Lost In Space" in the 60's and also was on a few "Twilight Zone" episodes, often playing an annoyingly precocious brat of a child.
Joe Besser, when he came into the "Three Stooges" as a replacement 3rd wheel after Curly and Shemp had died and he also had a role on the old "Abbott & Costello Show" where he played "Stinky" an irritating man-child character.
Yeah, I'm that old.....
