What parish in Louisiana has the classiest population/way of life?

I know “classy” is a vague term, so let me rephrase:

What parish has the least amount (per capita of course) of individuals and families who engage in trashy ways of life?

If not for Slidell, St. Tammany would be the runaway winner, but Slidell is a meth town chocked full of Chalmatians.

For that reason, I have to give a slight edge to Lafayette Parish.

ETA: forgot that Broussard/Youngsville were both in Lafayette Parish. St. Tammany wins by default.

What about West Feliciana? St. Francisville is very classy, but they also have the nut house in Jackson and Angola, the giant prison you can see clearly from space.
