I give them a pass for that. Made in the middle of the writers strike that they basically had to piece together a script out of.

I'm glad you mentioned QoS. I guess it all depends on how you define "worst".

QoS is definitely the most boring and least Bondlike of all the movies.

The editing sucked too. The camera cuts in the car chase of the opening scene are so frequent, it makes the scene feel more like a slideshow than a motion picture.

Die Another Day is the Bond franchise’s Batman and Robin.

The wheels came off in spectacular fashion. It was decided a reboot and total different direction was required to fix the shattered franchise.

Casino Royale is unwatchable
I beg to differ.

Take it as a broad farce, akin with It’s A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. Deliberately over the top, without an ounce of seriousness. I’ve enjoyed it every time I’ve watched it.

While this film had numerous flaws, I think the biggest problem with this Bond film was Madonna’s terrible score and acting in it.

The remote driving invisible BMW in the house built of ice.... whichever bond film that was needs to be deleted from history

I don't know about worst Bond movie, but it definitely has the worst song. That techno-autotune thing is just lazy.

Halle Barry also sucked, but it did have some good things.

Christmas Jones or whatever pole dancer name she had.

Hi, I'm here to save everyone, as a Nu...clear...physic-something...or yeah, I'm that...like the Iraq and so on and such as.

Seen every Bond film, grew up loving the Classics. Walked out on this one. Didn't want to sully my memory.

And Brosnan tried to straddle that Connery cool with Moore flippancy and it didn't work. Plus he was given awful movies with bad SFX even for the 90's.

Movie is bad but Denise Richards as some important person takes it to another level - Joe Bob Briggs Drive-In level.

Wasn't QoS made during the writers strike?

Yeah, they turned in the first draft just hrs before the strike, supposedly.

That doesnt excuse the sloppy directing and awful editing. The action scenes were an incomprehensible mess.

At least late Roger Moore and non-Goldeneye Brosnan movies were campy and kindof fun in a really stupid way. I would never rewatch QoS, tho id leave Die Another Die on the tv for a bit if it was on.

Gets my vote. I just didn't give a shite about anything that was happening in this movie.

And I'm sorry, but Daniel Craig is the ugliest Bond ever.

You didn't get invested in the plot where James Bond risks life and limb to uncover a global underworld intelligence conspiracy to...gouge the people of Bolivia on how much they pay for their water bills?

It was right up there with the epic trade blockade in Star Wars.

He is great in Black Sails and not bad in Lost in Space.

No, it's a real Bond movie. They had the rights to Casino Royale and made a terrible comedy instead of a straight Bond movie like Peter Sellers thought it would be when he signed on. Just b/c it sucks arse doesn't mean you can pretend it doesn't count.

Wut??

It literally does not. Its considered a parody movie.
