Best OTC for sinus headache and pressure

Pehnylephrine or Sudafed. The first one take every 4 hours. You will feel better. If you're gonna use Sudafed check the dose. I can't remember off the top of my head if it's every 6 or 4

Make sure you get the over the counter sudifed. 12 hrs I think. Then drink a shite ton of water

not sure of the rules in LA... but if you're able to pop in somewhere any buy something with the real Sudafed with your drivers license... do that

That shite has been going around. It hit my household very hard last week and this week. NOTHING is working for me but I refuse to go to the doctor for a cold.
