a teaspoon of wasabi sauce and a shot of whiskey, followed by lots of water. Then order some spicy soup from a thai joint and more water. Then you'll be good.

Advil Cold & Sinus. Liquidgels. You have to get it from behind the counter and show them your ID so they can make sure you're not building a meth lab.
As someone who has suffered from sinus issues his whole life, I have not found an OTC medicine that works better.

In LA, you can buy the -D products behind the counter with an ID. (Up to a certain limit per month)

Neti-pot with warm distilled water a few times daily, mucinex fast-max severe congestion with Tylenol and you will be good. At night rub your chest with Vick’s vapo-rub, just make sure to wash your hands before you fap.
