It really is a shame, PSVue is far and away the best legal streaming service for people who prefer sports to the few channels that only females care about.

it really is

its got all the stuff my wife wants while I have plenty of sports.

I didn’t realize the Hallmark channel was the female ESPN. It’s amazing how many baws need this for their wives.

YTTV - 3 streams and unlimited DVR included
Hulu - 2 streams and limited DVR is extra.

Toutube tv has no redzone so no bueno. Sling doesn't have all locals. The options out there suck. Still hoping that since they put it out there someone will snatch it up. Maybe amazon can do it and have amazon live.

True but YouTube tv is 50 a month while hulu live is 45 then ten dollars for unlimited DVR and unlimited devices at home plus hulu movies catalog. So both have advantages I say try the free trials and decide for your self

I'm not changing to Youtube TV until after the holidays because the wife wants to watch the 200 Christmas movies that Hallmark shows on PSVue.

What is an alternative option with SEC network, BeIN, DVR and at least 3 streams?

YouTubeTV has 3 streams, SEC network and unlimited DVR. I'm not sure what BeIN is so I can't help you there.

Can you elaborate on what you feel was upgraded?

For those like me that must have Hallmark for the spouse, but also want the sports and other programming of YouTube TV, add Frndly TV. It’s cheap and has all the Hallmark channels and a few others.

I just switched (wasn't looking, but because of this) and find the YouTube interface and guides more intuitive than Vue.

Has anyone tried the AppleTV+? I got a notification earlier that I have a free year. Unfortunately, I also have PSVue and in the same boat as you guys. Sucks, I went through hell convincing my wife to drop conventional cable and try it out and now she loves Vue.

I don't see anyone mentioning Direct TV Now, is it not good?

Direct TV now Is good if you got it early on and were grandfathered into the original packages. I was one of those people for a year and they kept raising prices to the point I had to go. The new package selection is pretty bad. I’m addition, the DVR was only 20 Hours and the live tv pausing option wasn’t great. You couldn’t get on demand episodes from dvr either.

That said, I’ve had DTV now, PSVue, and now YouTube tv because of vue closing shop. I’m my personal opinion, I like the guide interface on YouTube tv much better. It is set up in a landscape format and not vertical bars like PSVue. However, I think vue was better configured with the buttons for my firestick than YouTube tv is. Vue also had a last channel option with the firestick that I really liked that YouTube tv doesn’t have.

I’ve only had YouTube for a few days now so take that for what it’s worth but I wouldn’t say the switch is definitely much better. Better and different in some ways, yes, but not like some people make it out to be.
