Supposedly Marina owner is well connected and that county may have laws against fishing in private marina. Marinas first response was to have boat owners come out and check there crafts for damage. I can se where them young boys skipping skills my contain a lot of lead meets fiberglass results.

I don't know the Caddo County warden, but if he's anything like the three wardens I know in Central Oklahoma, whoever is deemed liable here is in deep shite.

Aluminum boat guy is wrong and will likely be punished.
Bass boat guys are stupid for breaking the law, if one was broken. And I bet a crap ton of boats will have "far more damage" than they actually did with their baits but due to connections boys could be out a significant chunk of change.

someone posted on facebook that the owner of the marina is so well connected that the sheriff and game warden will not be pursuing any charges and that the guy driving the aluminum boat was drunk and didn't even get a BUI. It was a random person on facebook so take it fwiw

Sorry for a level head, but if those two idiots are telling you to leave why would you stay fishing there?
I’ve had a couple idiots try to scare me away from fishing, one guy was wade fishing about belly button deep for trout while we were in a fiberglass bay boat no where near within vast distance and he was cussing us out. The wrong hot head would have ran the guy over. We left. Just not worth dealing with idiots like that.
The guys in aluminum were more at fault but I have a hard time thinking the guys fishing were completely innocent here.

In Louisiana, it’s against the law to harass people legally engaged in outdoor activities.
Looks like OK has a similar law.
