Had a Rib eye last night..which is my favorite cut..also love it 'medium' and a little bloody...no A-1 or Hinze(?) 57 necessary.....

I would love to see someone eat 3000 calories of baked chicken.

I get full on the usual serving of chicken (3-4 oz)...which is around 100-150 calories.

You are the keto cult leader though so don't expect anything less from you.

I'm still eating the foods I love (including bread) while having a calorie deficit....while losing weight at a pace that will set me up to keep it off for good. Losing 30 pounds quickly does no good if you gain it back and then some when you eat like a normal person again.

Haven’t eaten beef in probably 7-8 years, only eat deer and wild pig if I kill one in the winter.American beef that goes through feedlot is severely unhealthy.I remember it tasting good but not worth heart attack, bypass surgery or stents. After I read what they feed cattle in feedlots I lost desire to eat it.

I had to. Regularly eating beef causes gout to flare up. Yeah I'm old(ish). I'm also eating a burger right now.

I had taco bell for dinner. So yeah, I have.

BTW, Taco Bell Hack:

They don't have the meximelts, but order a cheese roll up with pico and "beef" and it's the same, cheaper actually. Girl working there plugged me in with this info.

Their blackened chicken isn't that bad for you. Fried ain't so great.

Same, I’m down 55 pounds with a similar approach. Roughly follow a 80/20 rule. Went on vacation thinking I was going to gain several pounds but my weight barely moved. Still have some work to do.
