This is like the 4th lawsuit against this guy. They aim to break him financially.

Autumn Scardina has launched several of these against him including the latest for "Unspecified event"

Jack Phillips, as we reported previously, has won at the United States Supreme Court after he sued Colorado’s human rights commission for violating his religious liberties and punishing him for his beliefs. But the human rights commission just can’t let go Jack Phillips, they intend on punishing him for his “crimes,” and that he had the audacity to sue them back and win. According to CBS’s Denver affiliate “The latest lawsuit was filed Wednesday in Denver District Court on behalf of Autumn Scardina by attorneys Paula Greisen and John McHugh,” the outlet reports.

This poor guy has been harassed to no end. He never asked for any of this, never tried making any political statement and never intended to get into the political arena. He was forced into this by some evil people who were hunting for an enemy, and his livelihood has been forever compromised.

Stereotype, it makes things easy. Speaking as a recovering attorney, I think calling them giant pieces of shite is being incredibly unfair to well functioning digestive systems......watery diarrhea is a more accurate description

I would have advised him to send a certified letter to the customer:
"I apologize. My shop simply does not have the technical resources or, frankly, the artistic resources to deliver such a cake at this time. Should that change in the future, we will be more than happy to bake such a cake."
If they sue then, I will have their arse (metaphorically speaking) in Federal Court.
This can be handled if one hires professionals.
