Has there ever been a scintilla of evidence of what happens after you die?

Entire religions and societies built upon the afterlife, but nobody knows. And before you say it, scripture is not objective evidence proving that there is something on the other side.
I have read the anecdotal evidence of people being "brought back," saying they saw God, or the light, or that they went fishing with Hitler, but that wasn't detectable or measurable in any way. And nobody ever came back and said "Here, I took this picture" or "God gave me this note." Nobody ever came back with information that could reveal future events.
I'm a Catholic, and I'm keenly interested in the afterlife. But I'll be the first to admit I don't have a fricking clue.

Read up on near death experiences documented around the world. A great book by an author named Dannion Brinkley catalogs many of these experiences

Watch the movie flatline. It's a documentary of people doing experiments to see where people go.
It's really not. It's a stupid movie in which med students try to kill one another and let them stay dead for as long as it was possible to bring them back to life so that they could hopefully see what happens after you die.

There are scientific and medical studies being done on whether or not consciousness can exist separate from the body (which would explain things like reincarnation and out of body experiences)
These studies on are currently being done in the terms of sleep and anesthesia. There is some evidence, mostly anecdotal but also compelling nonetheless

I don't think well ever find out what really happens after we pass.
If there is heaven and hell, is heaven the same experience for everyone?
Or is heaven your perception of what heaven would be?
Or do you just sleep forever?

As another person or as many creatures?
Personally I think reincarnation would be neat.

No, both are true, except I never said I had a heart attack. Not sure why it bothers you so much though.
