From a religious standpoint, I just find it hard to wrap my head around there being a God that created an environment in which most conceptions do not result in humans.

This is not the Christian understanding. The Christian understanding is that God created a perfect world with no death. When sin entered the world so did death. It is human rebellion that is responsible for death.

Do you also have a problem with an environment that results 100% death rate?

I don't really think the fight should be over when the fetus is considered human enough to proceed or not proceed. The fact of the matter is, it's human DNA, has the potential given all of the right circumstances to grow into a human baby. It's not like there is some alien xenomorph growing in the womans belly and will be the scurge of the earth. It human regardless of any timeline you give it.

Trying to determine a timeline of viability, humanity, or whatever label you want to give it, is subjective. It's open to interpretation. As much so as a offensive foul is in basketball. Or PI in football. When in fact you can't debate genetics, it's human 100%.

Sorry, I just think it's ridiculous to say that giving birth to the baby of a rapist is merely "inconvenient."

Ok. Again. Relevance? Setting your policies based upon extreme outliers is silly and naive.

The estimates I'm seeing show that there are upwards of 25,000 rape-related pregnancies each year in the US.

Not an "extreme outlier" event.

Question for you, once born, does this human deserve all the help it can get from the state if born into a wasteland of poverty and/or abuse?

Of course??? What a stupid question!

So say we allow abortion for Incest, Rape, and risk of death of the mother.

Are you OK with abolishing abortion for everything else?

What percentage of those lead to an abortion? What percentage are those of total abortions? What is an outlier to you? (Hint: if your answer is anything close to or more than one half of one percent....it is an outlier to even you).

So go on record then. Do you oppose abortion when the baby is viable outside of the womb and the mother's life is not in danger? Yes or no?

So you are ok with killing a viable baby in the birth canal, only seconds from birth?

I think that is the most restrictive that you can reasonably make the law surrounding abortion. This bill already goes further than that. Not just a bunch of liberal hysteria, huh?

A baby isn’t viable outside of the womb by itself. Leave that baby to itself after birth without the mother and tell me how long it lasts.

"When? Is it human at 7 months?"

Even a zygote is "human." That is a matter of science (DNA) and isn't subject to serious debate. The critical inquiry is when the developing fetus becomes a "person" or "human being," as the OP put it, such that its rights should be considered as potentially outweighing the rights of the pregnant woman to terminate her pregnancy.

Govt intervention, more often than not, results poverty and abuse in the long run.

Many problems we have now can be traced back to an initial govt program or policy that was created to help the people it hurts. But instead of recognizing this and rolling back, leftists think they’re smart enough to fix it with the right tweak; which only ends up causing more damage. This is proven time and time and time again.
