It’s pretty simple man. You can’t let a guy coach who will not brief his employer on manners that can potentially cripple your basketball program.
If you’re educated enough to understand why he didn’t speak to them, then I’m sure it’s not difficult for you to understand why he is suspended.

I'm educated enough to know that Wade and his lawyers are doing what anyone would do in this situation, and that LSU, without any more facts than they have, and knowing the legal process, should not be offended that they were unable to speak with Wade.
I don't believe, very much, that this is why they suspended him. It's a cop out. They caved to media pressure, of all things, and they are attempting to look less weak be pretending they are standing up to Wade for not talking to them.

Then why make all of this public from LSU's side? They could have brushed off reports and handled things internally until it is/was time to go public. I guarantee none of this happens on Thursday and yesterday if LSU was a bubble team.

Well look, it’s 2019, everything is made public these days with the advent of things like twitter.
I think LSU has an obligation to uphold the standards & image of the university, and with the way the media has latched on to this, it had become a PR nightmare.
From a fans perspective, wouldn’t you rather know than not? You’re having the best season in years & your coach is suspended out the blue. Like cmon, you want to know what’s up. Some transparency is good. Everything has been pretty cordial

God I hate this board sometimes. Alleva is hated on here i get it. But this is on Wade. He cheated, he got caught. Alleva will be judged for hiring a guy that cheated but Wade is at fault here. Period.
