Somebody gave me a bag of Port of Mokha from San Francisco for Christmas. It's the best I've ever had.

If you ever find yourself in Texas, HEB brand coffee is legit. I pick up a bunch every time I head that way to visit family.

What’s everyone brewing these days?
Congregation Coffee out of Algiers. Ate at Peche one weekend for brunch and the coffee was outstanding. I asked the waiter what coffee it was and she told me Congregation coffee, their espresso blend (Gallop Blend).
Congregation Coffee
I've tried other independent coffee makers both local and not local, and can't find one that i like better than this.
Everytime i'm in the area, i make it a point to go out of my way to pick up a couple bags.

Roasting date is way more important for me than a particular roast or brand, within reason (not french roast, etc.)
In short, whatever I can get that is relatively fresh.

Not a daily coffee drinker but I do enjoy a cup a few times a week. I usually get the Community Morning Blend. I went to buy some and I think it was a little over $6.00. I ended getting the Rouse's medium. That stuff is shite..When I brewed it my GF asked me if I was smoking multiple cigarettes in the house. I am pissed that I wasted money on that bitter garbage. Should have bought the Community.

No joke, I've been trying a bunch of different brands and styles, but an older relative of mine fixed me a cup of coffee some time last year that was just amazing.
