I eat canned tuna all the time. Although I only buy the solid albacore. The cheap ones are nasty and just cat food.
I add diced tomato, cucumber, red onion, salt & pepper, EVOO and balsamic vinegar.

Eat canned salmon and sardines all the time. It's my go-to fishing snack. The Bumblebee brand dominates.

There’s nothing worse than the 70+ year old dinosaur fumbling around the break room with a can opener trying to get into the can of tuna for the 60th day in a row. 
Seriously. It’s ok to eat something besides canned tuna and whatever else you’ve been packing since you started in 1960.
We have one who does this and even throws away the can in the trash can by her desk. She doesn’t even have the decency to take it to the hallway trash or seal it in her ziplock bag she throws away.

declining sales for 30 years? Shouldn't have let Greenpeace film you guys killing dolphins while harvesting tuna 30 years ago.

I am 29 and regularly eat tuna in a can. I guess because i grew up eating it. Pickle relish & mayo with some pepper.

First of all: make it with a flip top, if you're that worried about can openers or lack thereof.
Second of all: the tuna in a pouch is GROSS. It's a mushy tuna puree. Disgusting
