All LSU needs is an offense to compete at the highest levels. They could be a playoff / NC contender if they just get a modern offense that can score some damned points.

There’s a HUGE difference between 8 wins and 10 wins. An 8 win team is 3rd or 4th in their division. A 10 win team could be competing for a national title. Maybe not this year. But it has happened before (2007). We just so happen to have Alabama and Nick Saban in our division.

It's a very good season. I understand the conversation about where we need to improve to take the next step in the future. I also get the conversation that if those improvements had already been made, we could have an even better season.

I differ in opinion with the ones that say that a 10 win regular season and a NY6 bowl is somehow settling. At the same time, I also disagree with the ones that are claiming a 10 win season and a NY6 bowl is a done deal. There too many absolute being talked about on the extreme end of each side of the discussion.
