Designer Wallet or Crossbody bag for her shopping trips. Let the salesgirl pick out which one.

Okay, 2 more ideas and then I’m done.
1) Give her a box with a little pair of knit baby booties (shoes) with a note saying that you all don’t want to jinx things by talking about it.
2) Put an ad on Craig’s List asking for kittens. Give her address and explain that you need kidney dialysis so please don’t knock - just leave the kittens because you are getting a dialysis treatment. On Christmas, give her a big bag of cat food. Tell her that it was either cat food or 3 wells in Africa. She’ll agree that you made the right decision.

Get her a hand-stamped necklace with kids names and grandkids names on different discs. My wife has been making these for about 5 years and has sold about 1000 of them between Christmas and Mother’s Day gifts. The mother’s love them and you should be able to get one under $100.

Never a bad idea. I'm working on a couple of handmade crosses for some of my family. Nobody ever complains about the handmade stuff.

I’ve found a present for any female that’s hard to shop for and cheap. You can go into Yankee candle store and they’ll print a custom label with a photo you give and put it on a candle. Whole thing is like 30 bucks. Mom aunt and girlfriend all loved it

What about some sort of indoor plants, indoor herb garden, or maybe some kind of hard-to-get food?

My wife just tried to use a gift card that she had forgotten about and recently found. It got declined at the restaurant we were at. She gave it to me and asked me if I could research and see how much was left on it though she was certain she had never used it. It was a $100 card that I found out was now worth 0. If you don't use it in the first 4 months they start deducting $2 per month. Find the card 4 years later and it I see worth zero.
