Is the emission requirement expiring in 2027? Seems like I read that somewhere.
Rumors the past week have been floating around that a deal has been made for a location somewhere around the Satsuma area. Has anyone heard any firm news?
Someone had posted a thread the other day about selling your soul to the devil. This guy would be an example it seems….

Pretty much any of the chain stores won’t touch it. Any of the small one off shops should do it though.
You plant baws need to get up earlier for work. Traveling that stretch yesterday felt like a race track around the 4am timeframe. Most were doing 95+ easily weaving in and out of the 18 wheelers. A few miles down the road one had run off in the ditch and got stuck, one cop past just like nothing out of the norm was taking place.

Is that normal for that area? I’m used to Baton Rouge morning traffic where we just sit so who knows. Oh, and get off my lawn.
Not trying to take blame away from the husband, but I’ve seen this happen before. Some women (Co-worker or friend) can sense when there may be tension in a marriage or can tell when the husband is not getting what he needs. She will prey on that and start pursuing him until he is trapped.

Several ladies at work comment on my baldness….i don’t really care but I often want to comment directly back regarding their weight. However, we all know how that would go.
Still better than Candycane Lane. Made the mistake of watching that one this year.
Stayed at the Bellagio for a few nights in June….room rate was $199/night which is not bad for the hotel, however, the resort fee was an additional $55 per night. After the fee, parking, and taxes it was around $100 a night more than advertised.

SEMA show in Las Vegas

Has anyone here ever attended? This year will be my first time attending and not sure what to expect other than it’s a very large event. I’m looking for any advice especially in regards to helping see as much as possible over two days, what to avoid, etc.

Thanks in advance.
Driving to Yellowstone from Louisiana in a couple of weeks. Renting is way cheaper than the wear and tear on my own vehicle. Looking at around 4,000 miles.
I’ve read a couple of threads here over the years and was always pessimistic on if these things really work well but finally decided to order one. This is a complete game changer…..one of the best purchases I’ve made! I didn’t get the heated model but the cold water is no issue and you get instantly clean without all the toilet paper waste. Wish I would have gotten this a lot sooner. Below is the link to the one I purchased if any of you baws should so choose to indulge:

Luxe Bidet

Proof that spending time on the OT actually can be productive.

I’ve been looking at hot tubs for a few months. Seriously considering one of the inflatable ones just to see if we would use it before spending the money on a nice one.

Pretty sure someone in the Baton Rouge area is now missing a PlayStation..

Tetons alternative and Yellowstone

Posted by cryptkeeper on 2/25/25 at 1:57 pm
We have a cabin booked for 4 nights in June in between Cody and Yellowstone park entrance. We have two nights prior to arriving there that we were looking at spending in Jackson Hole and seeing the Tetons. However, the lodging cost has us second guessing this decision. What would be an alternative to spending two days/nights prior to arriving in Cody? We will be coming up from Amarillo, TX by car. Thanks.
What’s even more stupid is some of the grown “adults” defending these morons on rants and raves.
So there is already chatter about another big system coming through Louisiana around 2/6. Any of the weather experts here know anything about this?
