I like to keep cans of tuna in the fridge.

I open it up, dump out the tuna in a bowl and give the can to the cats.

I hard boil an egg. Slice it up.

Mix mayo, eggs, salt and pepper with the tuna fish.


I used to use Ritz for this, but lately I’m leaning towards Trisciuts.

It comes naturally. But Tuna burgers are quick, simple meals.

It's funny that I looked over the different foods choices and the first thing I think "Stoned food choices". The one that stands out is the cracker, cream cheese and pepperoni.

Any type of meat, cheese cracker combo

Canned chicken breast, American cheese, and pasta sauce all mixed together in a pot over heat until warm. Delicious.
