Families taking bags of apples home

It’s Apple picking time of year up here in Northeast. I always laugh when I see families taking bags of dozens of apples home that they picked off the tree. Like, What makes you think you are going to be able to eat 80 apples in a week? And if you do you were going to have so much gas that you will want to explode

It's about creating family memories. "Remember that time we went on that trip and picked all those fricking apples that we didn't eat or use." Priceless memories right there.

There are a lot of things you can do with apples besides eat them in their natural state.
- Apple pies
- Apple cobbler
- Preserved Apples
- Make those apple on a stick things for Halloween
- Have a apple bobbing contest during Halloween
Not to mention, they might be picking some for other people as well.
With that said, there are also people who will always get more than they need because that's just the way they are. They hoard shite, even if its things that you have to use within a certain period of time before they go bad.
