Being trashy and from Louisiana, my favorite is Team Voo Doo Adventures. Jude tells a story that draws you into the life of the Cajuns. Imo, it’s the best show with out da bayou coming in a close second.

Recently, it's been Meateater and Fresh Tracks.
I used to watch Bone Collector all the time, but after Michael Waddell showed who he really is during the Bears Ears saga, I lost all interest in his show.

Meat Eater and the meat eater podcast are great. Jim Shockeys shows are great as well.

Casting Cajun as well, has the outdoor catching part then they cook them and give you a recipe... always thought that was great.
