On the hunt for BBQ sauces that aren't universally known, i was able to find this sauce after viewing Smoky Ribs on youtube. please include links to view/buy if possible.

Amish Wedding makes some surprisingly great sauces.

Highly recommend trying the candied jalapeno bbq sauce, really great on ribs and chicken.

Rudys’ Sauce and it ain’t even close. I buy it out of Katy Texas about every 3months. Best I’ve ever had.

Amish wedding makes good cranberry relish too. Usually use it when im too lazy to (tell my chef to) make cranberry sauce at thanksgiving.

I like a vinegar sauce for pulled pork. I mix this one myself. Good and easy.

I don't know how "less known" it is but I like Sticky Fingers Carolina Sweet when I want a change of pace. I just thin it down a touch.

I like the ribs from Craig’s but the sauce is a little thick. The hot is pretty damn good.

Someone mentioned the white sauce from Saws. Their NC vinegar sauce is one of my favorites.

Archinalds is my favorite though. Got to got to MLK Blvd in Northport and get it in a styrofoam 16oz cup.
