I go for Hipster Brewing’s Triple Sour Hop Brett Farmhouse aged in Chardonnay barrels. That shite always gets me right for a game or a night out.

I want to know how KBBS is considered a go-to beer. There are just 1,000 winners, sometimes less, in the TG lottery and remaining bottles are only sold through cellar sales on other release days (i.e. Assassin).

How has this thread gone almost a whole page on the FDB with no mention of Envie?

No mention from me because I haven’t found it fresh in months. When I can, it’s my #1 go-to.

Bell's Two Hearted.

Probably the most perfect American brewed beer out there. And they do it without anything fancy and just one hop varietal in it.
