What's funny is when you leave for your break at McDonalds to go to Burger King for lunch. I bet you do that 3 days a week.

I eat out every day and take the maximum write off, which is about $15 per day.

I get like $25 a day for lunch but only eat like 2 or 3 days a week. I’d rather save the money.
I know girls that eat out everyday and spend $15 on lunch. They don’t make over $13 an hour. They just probably live pay check to pay check

I was, but I hardly eat lunch now a days. I just stay working, leave a bit earlier and have a nice dinner.

Nope. I bring my lunch most days and eat out maybe one or two days a month.

I eat out everyday. $64 a day per diem.

I eat out for lunch at least four days a week. Well to be fair it’s really picking up food and eating at my desk

subsidized cafeteria. $5 gets you a lot of food, including drink a dessert

Now if you are a baller or can write off your lunch it is of course reasonable.
Clearly not a baller, can only write off 1/2 of meals.

Winn Dixie has $3.99 plate lunches. I take advantage of that on a regular basis.

This thread just made me think of how many times I've eaten Subway in 20 years.

Amazes me how a gaggle of office girls making probably $10 an hour or so will spend $10 a day ordering out for lunch. Over 10% of your daily income gone right there.
yeah it's really amazing to watch
a couple years ago one girl in the office where i rent made a comment like "i wish i had lawyer money to eat steak every day" in response to my FB steak pics. she then goes onto order some $10+ lunch a few minutes later
the steak i cook is $5/lb and i had some kale/broccoli/carrot mix with it. probably cost $5.75 at most

I will go out if a vendor is buying, hell yeah. Or some team function. But generally no.
No time. Finishing a frozen dinner from the microwave in our office breakroom as i write this.
People around me are like, you eat that shite everyday? I do dress it up w some Siracha and Tony's, but I don't have time to stand in line at the cafeteria. Plus it saves money. Money i need for my other vices.

I don't eat out for lunch often, but when I do it's usually cheaper than 5 bucks. Today I got 4 for $4 deal at Wendy's.

I eat out for lunch everyday - between $10-15 a day. It’s my vice.
I work hard and this is one of my rewards.

I do. I sometimes spend up to $30 usually ten.
Posted on 4/13/18 at 1:51 pm to Cosmo
Sounds likely you make around $10/hour.

Cafeteria with employee discount... rarely costs me more than $4.
